Beverly Ann Waskelevich, 84, of Worcester, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on January 26, 1941, in Worcester, Beverly was a lifelong resident of the area. She graduated from Commerce High School and went on to work various jobs. She and her husband Pete were the proud business owners of Petes Place in Worcester for 32 years. Beverly was known for her sharp wit and kind heart. She enjoyed playing cards, scratching tickets, going to the casino, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend to many.

She is survived by her two sons, Donald Hamblin of Millbury and Ronald Hamblin of Worcester; two sisters, Mary “Betty” DiReda and Sandra Goodrich, two grandchildren: Ronald, and Sean; four great grandchildren: Jenna, Connor, Ronald, Ella and one great-great grandson, Jack: niece Iliana Goodrich, who was her caregiver. She was preceded in death by her husband Peter Waskelevich; parents, George and Mildred Neddo, her sister, Virginia “Ginnie” Berryman, her brother Robert Neddo: and niece Kimberly Goodrich.

Calling hours will be held for Beverly on Thursday, July 24 at Mercadante Funeral Home and Chapel from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 10:00AM. Family and friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home prior to the funeral service at 9:15AM. Beverly will be laid to rest immediately following at Hope Cemetery. A mercy meal will follow at the Vernon Hill Post, 267 Providence St, Worcester, MA 01607 at 12:00PM.

Friends and family are invited to send flowers in remembrance to Mercadante Funeral Home.

Beverly will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love she shared with those around her.
