SPENCER: Beverly A. (Frigon) Smith, 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 11, with her family by her side. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Thomas J. Smith, Sr; her daughters: Jennifer A. Farrell and her husband Kevin of Worcester and Shari A. Martelli of Nashua, NH; her son, Thomas J. Smith, Jr. and his wife Gina of Leicester; her brother, Robert Frigon and his wife Shari of Spencer; her sisters: Deborah Silliman of East Brookfield, Mary Wyne of Spencer and Susan Lydick and her husband Dennis of Spencer; her grandchildren: Jesse Farrell, Sabina Crowley, Meredith Martelli, Samuel Martelli and his wife Paige, Sarah Martell, and Michael Mallozzi; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Beverly was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Donat and Joyce (Jolly) Frigon. She was raised in Spencer, and graduated David Prouty High School in 1972. She was a member of Mary Queen of the Rosary Parish and the Spencer Fish & Game Club. Beverly worked as a Human Resources and Office Manager for Crocker Architectural Sheet Metal in Oxford for many years until her retirement in 2018. Visitation is Saturday, March 14, from 9:30-10:30 am in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terrace, Spencer, with a funeral service at 10:30 in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, donations in Beverly's memory may be made to: Alzheimer's Association of MA/NH, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
