Beverly "Nana" Thomforde

Beverly "Nana" Thomforde of Haines City, Florida passed away on July 8, 2024. She was 63 years old. She was born on August 2, 1960, in Kent, Michigan and spent the first 20 years of her life in Michigan, before moving to Texas in the early 80's and coming to Florida in the 1990's.
Nana had a storied work career, but what she held to be true was her work ethic, no matter where she worked, she gave it her all, 110%. She was a Tampa Bay Bucs fan, even volunteering at the stadium concessions for the Auburndale Youth Club for her grandson's football team. One word to describe Nana is dedication, whether to her family or her employer, she truly loved her family and will forever be their rainbow.
Nana was predeceased by her parents, Otto and Phyllis Stroughbridge Hembree and she is survived by her husband, of 23 years, Mike Thomforde; daughter Barbara Frailey and her husband, Fabein Gamez; sons, Shane Frailey and Greg Bauer; sisters, Ruth and Linda, as well as brothers, Robert and Nick; grandchildren, Jordan Frailey, Aaliyah Gamez, Ashley Gamez and Kelsey Gamez.
There will be a celebration of life service on Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Oak Ridge Funeral Carre, Haines City, FL.
