Beverly Hall Waguespack

Beverly Hall Waguespack, 99, of Matoaca passed away Monday, January 22, 2024 surrounded her loving family. Born January 26, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Helen Gail Waggoner and Whitfield B. Hall, Sr. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Allen A. Waguespack.  She was a lifelong devotee of Matoaca United Methodist Church, actively participating in various activities. Beverly also retired from Miller and Rhodes after many years of working at the cosmetics counter. Beverly's commitment to her church community was unwavering, and her faith was a guiding light in her life. In her professional life, she dedicated herself to helping others feel their best at the cosmetics counter of Miller and Rhodes. Known for her kindness and generosity, Beverly touched the lives of many beyond her church and workplace. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, leaving behind a legacy of faith and service. She is survived by her sons, Michael Allen Waguespack (Linda), Patrick Lynn Waguespack; daughter, Nancy Coleman; grandchildren, Christina Lessard (Clyde), Jennifer Thomas (Brad), Lauren Searles (David), Tammy Milby (David), Capt. Harry Lee Marsh III (Rebel), Ryan Marsh, Patrick Waguespack (Katy), Nathan Waguespack, Jessica Waguespack, Katherine Waguespack; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; numerous beloved  nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Matoaca United Methodist Church, 6301 River Rd, South Chesterfield, VA 23803. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at church.
