Bill Ennis Obituary

Visit the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - St. Peters website to view the full obituary.

Bill Ennis, a devoted husband, proud father, grandfather and great grandfather beloved member of his community, and church passed away peacefully at the age of 91.

Born on April 13, 1934, Bill lived a life marked by quiet strength, loyalty, and a deep appreciation for God and the simple joys in life—especially a well-played round of golf. He served his country honorably in the United States Army, a period of his life he remembered with great pride.

After his military service, Bill married the love of his life, Judy, with whom he shared a 63 year long and loving marriage. Together, they built a life around God, grounded in family, laughter, and enduring support.

Bill is survived by Judy and their three daughters—Jennie (Kevin), Susan (Donald), and Kathy—10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, who will remember him for his steady presence, warm heart, and the wisdom he shared in both words and example.

Whether he was on the golf course, spending time with his family, attending church or simply enjoying a quiet day, Bill brought a sense of calm and Godliness to those around him. His legacy of love, service, and strength will live on in all who knew and cherished him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you take a moment to enjoy something Bill loved—perhaps a game of golf or quiet time with God
