Bill Pridemore, 92, of Huntington Beach, California, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025. He was born in Lafayette, Indiana on June 24, 1933 to the late Glenn and Edith (Hall) Pridemore.

Bill was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. He then enlisted in the United States Navy, and served his country honorably. Following his discharge from the military, Bill attended Purdue University. After college, Bill moved to California and spent his career working as a self-employed commercial contractor. He was a member of The American Legion, and frequently visited the Newport Beach facility.

Bill is survived by his wife of 42 years, Heidi Pridemore; and children, Toni Benedict, Teri Weidman, Bobbi Whaley, Maggie Sakamoto, and Brian Pridemore. He also leaves nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and ten great-great grandchildren to cherish his memory.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by a son, Billy Pridemore; granddaughter, Mellissa Wiersema; sister, Doris Pridemore; and brother, Menlo "Bud" Pridemore.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th at 11:00 a.m. at O'Connor Mortuary Chapel in Laguna Hills, California with Pastor Mike Maiolo officiating. Bill will be laid to rest at El Toro Memorial Park Cemetery in Lake Forest, California.
