Billie Reynolds Obituary
Born November 13, 1949, in Hazard, Kentucky, to Alvin and Ruth Combs Reynolds, Billie was a life-long resident of Richmond. He served the Parks Department for the City of Richmond for 35 years. Billie enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going "Goodwilling" looking for treasures, taking rides all over the countryside, and watching "Gunsmoke," "Let's Make a Deal," and "Price is Right." He never met a stranger and was a loyal friend. Billie loved going to church on Sunday and was a master "tinkerer." He often said, "Something that was made for one thing can always be used for something else."
Survivors include his daughter, Diana Reynolds.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Christopher Reynolds; half-brother, Clayton Sizemore; uncle, Bill Newsom; and aunt, Corna Newsom.
Visitation for Billie Reynolds will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2025, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2025, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.

Billie was a great friend that I've known since we were kids. he came to the hospital when I had my knee replaced in 2008. He would often come by my house to visit. And always at Christmas time he would send us a Christmas card every year.He will truly be missed. I have a lot of good memories of him; rest in heaven Billie till we meet again.
