Billy Don Broyles

Billy Don Broyles, 89, of Tipton, Missouri passed away Friday, December 16, 2022, at Tipton Oak Manor.
Billy was born in Fortuna, Missouri on July 20, 1933, to Earl Lewis and Addie Lee (Embry) Broyles, who preceded him in death.
While serving in the Army he met the love of his life. On June 16, 1955, in Lower Alloway Creek Township, New Jersey, he was united in marriage to Barbara E. Gaddy, who survives of the home.
Billy loved his wife, children, and grandchildren. He enjoyed watching Western TV and driving around town in his yellow truck.
Billy served in the US army from June 1953 to May 1955. He was employed at Co-Mo Electric Cooperative as a Lineman for 41 years. After retirement he went to work as security at the Isle of Capri Casino for 13 years when he retired at 80 years of age.
In addition to his wife of 67 years, survivors include three children, Jacqueline Broyles-Hofstetter (Wayne) of Tipton, Thom Broyles (Judit) of Gulf Breeze, FL, and Chris Broyles (Melissa) of Tipton; nine grandchildren, Ryan Broyles (Rhoda), Leah Gates (Jason), Travis Broyles, Thomas "T.J." Broyles (Sherry), Zachary Battles (Amanda), Madelyn Craig (Michael), Brooklyn Broyles, Addie White (Trenton), and Reid Broyles; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Billie Jo Broyles, granddaughter, Macie Elizabeth Broyles, and four siblings, Rose Marie Broyles, Mildred Knipp, Nadine Posey, and Gerald "Joe" Broyles.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home, Tipton, Missouri, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
A private funeral service will be held.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Broyles, Travis Broyles, Thomas "T.J." Broyles, Zachary Battles, Reid Broyles, Trenton White, and Michael Craig,
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Legion of Tipton, Missouri.
