He was born July 23, 1962 in St. Louis, MO to Juanita (Gwin) Cagle of Wood River, IL and the late William John Cagle.
On Apr. 11, 2003, he married Shasha A. Rogers. She survives.
Billy had worked for many years at a Battery Starter and Alternator shop in Georgia.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by 2 sons, Benjamin Aaron Cagle, and Nicholas James Cagle, a daughter, Georgia Christine Aileen Cagle, all of Granite City, a brother, James Aaron Cagle of Wood River, 2 very dear nieces, Michelle Glaspie, and Tasha Marquis both of Alton, IL, and a cousin, Walter Dean "Red" Sweet of MO.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Eileen Cagle.
Services are private.
