He is survived by, and will be deeply missed by, his wife and best friend Tracie; his stepson Josh; stepdaughter-in-law, Cierra (he never called them his 'steps' - they were his family); his grandchildren, Isaiah and Layla; his mother-in-law, Joyce; sister-in-law, Erin; mother, Judy; sister, Mary; and aunts, uncle, and cousins. He will also be missed by his brothers and sisters in Christ at Ebenezer Baptist Church where he was always willing to serve and provide a helping hand where there was a need.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Bridges Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 PM, with Pastor Bobby Province officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 AM on Wednesday at Pollard Cemetery for an 11:00 AM Graveside Service.
