Preceded in death by parents, Everett Howell and Mary Lou Oliver; brother, Jimmy Oliver and step son, Harry McCloud Jr.
Billy is survived by wife, Lisa Oliver; children, Billy Joe Oliver, Shontay Oliver; stepsons, Chris Braswell and Justin Braswell; and stepdaughter, Angel (Aaron) Sizemore; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He retired from TRW and was a farmer and a mechanic. He loved building and driving his antique cars and enjoyed going to car shows.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
