Billy Wayne Turner, 60, of Burkburnett, TX passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by our Heavenly Father's love and family by his side on Monday September 29th, 2025 at 12:12 am.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday September 20th, 2025 at his home with a multitude of loving family and friends. The weekend was filled with love, laughter, and tears.

Billy was born April 27th, 1965 in Spearman, TX. He grew up in Perryton, TX. As a young boy Billy loved motorcycles and fast cars. He spent many years working in the Texas and Oklahoma oilfields, owning his own business and being a pipeline welder.

On September 21st, 2024 Billy married his best friend, Cynthia Dee Ann Zollars (Peach) in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by friends and family by a fishing pond at sunset.

Billy was an avid fisherman and hunter. Lake Wister, Oklahoma was his fishing home away from home. He treasured the moments he had fishing and hunting with his boys.

Along with his parents, Kenneth Wayne Turner and Scarlett Kay (Gray) Turner, and his grandparents James and Wanda (White) Gray, Billy is preceded in death by his nephew Jamie Wells, his son Dillon Shane Turner, and many precious aunts, uncles, and friends.

Billy is survived by his loving wife Cynthia (Peach) Turner, son Bruce (Wendy) Turner of Tuscon AZ, Ross (Christine) Turner of Howe, OK, brother Jeff (Cynthia) Turner of Perryton, TX, Kris Alan of Tuttle, OK, sister Marla (David) Box of Tuttle, OK, sister Becky McDonald of Warner, OK, and grandchildren Alex, Maggie, and Rowan Turner all of Cayce, SC as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family would like to thank Pallative Care of North Texas and Hospice of Wichita Falls for all their compassionate and loving care during Billy's journey Home to our most gracious heavenly Father.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4400 Cypress Avenue, Wichita Falls, TX 76310 in memory of Billy Wayne Turner.
