Billy Williams was raised in El Reno by his parents Bill and Cleo Williams along with his brothers Roger, Jerry, Donnie, Ricky, and sisters Ann and Carol.
On January 28, 1972, Billy married the love of his life, Nancy. Together they raised two sons; Mark, born in September 1972 and Matthew in March of 1983. Billy and Nancy enjoyed going to the So Fine Club, where they danced and listened to old music.
Music was a big part of Billy's life. He played guitar, leading his sons down a musical path. His son Matthew played in a band that Billy "managed", finding them gigs and proudly supporting them. Billy also taught both of his boys to drive, even giving his pride and joy, a '69 Ford Galaxy to his youngest son.
Alongside music, cars were another passion of Billy's. He was a big classic car enthusiast and founded the El Reno Cruisers Car Club. He enjoyed motorcycles and once owned a Norton which was his favorite. He built minibikes and repaired cars, both at home and as a mechanic at Diffee Ford. He also learned body work and painted for Cavins.
Outside of cars, Billy loved fishing and old-time rock n' roll. He was fond of the mountains, vacationing with his family there many times.
Billy worked several jobs throughout his life, but most notably as a trucker where he drove cross country. His retirement was as a "Boilermaker".
Billy is survived by his wife Nancy, son Mark and wife Jenny, daughter-in-law Lucinda, grandsons Preston and Lewis, granddaughters Riley, Sarah, and Abigail, and great grandsons Ollie (Oliver) and Ivan.
He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Matthew.
Services will be under the direction of the family, hosted at Family Faith Church in El Reno on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 10:00am
