Blair Allen Brown (Ike) was born on June 16, 1953, in Fort Worth, Texas. Blair was the son of William Harper and Essie Mae Bositc (Tisby). Known affectionately to many as Ike, he attended Dunbar High school and Poly High School Class of 1972. He became the proud father to his son Jerry McCoy. Throughout huis career, he worked for the Fort Worth Water Department and the Lumber Company. He met the love of his life Wanda, and to this union, one daughter was born, Sherece Brown.

 A true people person, he enjoyed music, dancing, socializing, and networking and taking on the phone. In his leisure time, Blair also enjoyed fishing, movies dancing and making CD's of gospel music for his friends. 

Those left to cherish Blair Brown's memory his; daughter, Sherece Lindsey (Carl Sr), son, Jerry McCoy; grandchildren, Gennera Clark (willie), D'Juan Tate, Darron Wynn (Takeya Wynn), Carlesha Lindsey and Carl Lindsey Jr; and great grandchildren Lei'Lani Tate, Keiyarah Wynn, Keiarria Wynn, Karson Tate, Jahmari Tate, Ja'Kevion Lindsey and De'Wayne Cooper; siblings, Joe Taylor, Michael Lee Brown, Harrison Ray Bostic and Delphine Brown; sister-in-law Clerese Brown. He is preceded in death by his parents, Essie Bostic and William Harper; his brothers Leroy Brown, Sr. and Edward Gean Brown; his sisters, Bernice Webster (Julius) and Deborah Kay Brown, and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Friday, June 27, 2025 at Williams and Lucas Funeral Home located at 517 N. Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76111 with Wake service from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, June 28, 2025 also at Williams and Lucas Funeral Home with interment to follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Arlington, Texas.
