Blake Claude Leduc

Blake Claude Leduc, 82, of Concord Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Danbury Assisted Living, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born in Cleveland on August 25, 1942, Blake called Lake County home for over four decades, first in Mentor and later in Concord Township. A dedicated public servant and passionate entrepreneur, Blake spent 11 years serving as a Euclid police officer before taking the reins of the family business, Duke Printing, which he proudly owned and operated for 50 years.
Blake lived a life filled with purpose, laughter, and love. Whether on the golf course, bowling with friends, or simply gathered with family, he was most at peace when making memories with those he cherished. He was known for his unwavering loyalty, generous spirit, and the warmth he brought into every room.
He was a loving father to Yvonne M. Leduc of Euclid, Blake A. (Christine) Leduc Jr. of Mentor, and Chris T. (Dawn) Leduc Sr. of Mentor. His legacy lives on through his beloved grandchildren: Brandon (Lauren) Mack, Ryan Mack, Alyssa Mack, Alexis (Kyle) McKenna, Haley (Patrick) O'Day, Cassidy Leduc, Brittany (Jerry) Elliott-Noggy, Amber (Brandon) Wasik, Chris T. Leduc Jr., and Ethan Leduc; and great-grandchildren: Mackenzie, Mackinley, Mason, Miles, Madilyn, Morgan, Josilyn, and Ana.
Blake was the dear brother of Jean Pertick, brother-in-law to Susan Marian, and uncle to many, including Daniel (Anne) Pertick.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of many years, Donna M. Leduc; his brother Bruce Leduc; parents Evelyn Frances Blakely Leduc. and Herman Edmond Leduc; nephew David Pertick; brother-in-law Michael Pertick; and his in-laws Mary J. (nee Sabruno) and Gus Grano, and Clara (Pete) Bora.
Family and friends are invited to honor Blake's life on Friday, April 25, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center Street, Mentor. A Celebration of Life will take place at 6:30 p.m. A graveside service will follow on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Willoughby Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Blake's memory to the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Deepwood, a cause close to his heart.
Blake's memory will live on in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know him. His laughter, his wisdom, and his love remain a guiding light.
