Bob White Obituary
The beloved husband of Barbara White (nee Linders) for 53 years; cherished father of Kolleen (John) Schulte, Nicki (Brian) Warren and Brittany (Brett) Holloway; treasured grandpa of Drew, Connor, Daniel, Reese, Weston and Hayes; dear brother of Debbie (the late John) Snider, Chris (Paul) Heitert, Kathy "Woody" (Paul) Heck and Pat (Bev) White; dear brother-in-law of Joan Hefner, Susan (Steve) Sullivan, Jimmy (Pam) Linders and Catherine Linders. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sr. and Doris White (nee Mueller). He was a loving cousin, uncle and friend to many.
Bob was a very proud veteran of the United States Army. He was a true St. Louis sports fanatic. Bob loved his Irish heritage and all music. Being a true girl dad, his daughters were the center of his universe, raising them like the boys he never had, encouraging them in all of their sporting activities. He did finally get his boys in his grandsons and one very special redheaded princess.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Hutchens-Stygar Funeral & Cremation Center, 5987 Mid Rivers Mall Dr., St. Charles 63304.
Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 9:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1355 Motherhead Road, Cottleville 63304.
Interment will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, with full military honors.
Memorial contributions have been suggested to The Gary Sinise Foundation.
