Bobbi Lynn Buchanan, age 55, of Electra, Texas, passed away Wednesday morning, March 25, 2026, in Wichita Falls, Texas.
No services will be held at this time. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.
Bobbi was born August 2, 1970 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Larry Buchanan and Sandra Elaine Kimbro Buchanan.
She grew up in Electra where she was a 1988 graduate of Electra High School. As a girl growing up, Bobbi participated in Beauty Pageants all over the United States. She and her mother loved traveling to these pageants together.
Bobbi was a waitress throughout her life; however, she was not just your ordinary waitress. She had a personality for it like few have. Bobbi knew all of her regular customers in Electra, as well as their orders by heart. She could take an order for a table of twenty people and never write a thing down, yet everyone’s orders were always just as they had ordered.
She loved her dogs, but not nearly as much as her nephew, Sage, and niece, Remi Lane. Bobbi absolutely adored these two and followed them in their sports and activities. That was her greatest joy and pastime in life.
Bobbi is survived by her mother, Sandra McDaniel of Electra; her brother, Rodney Buchanan and wife, Dea of Harrold; two children, Cassidy Upton of Alabama and Dru McClellan of Wichita Falls; step-brother, Kendrick McDaniel and wife, Ashley of Seminole, Texas; step-sister, Robin McDaniel-Bostic of Newcastle, Oklahoma; her nephew, Sage Buchanan of Harrold; niece, Remi Lane Buchanan of Harrold; six step-nephews, Harley, Lane, Eric, Corbin, Creed and Dayvon; uncle, Johnny Buchanan and wife, Kathie of Harrah, Oklahoma; aunt, Linda Kimbro of Electra; uncle, Mike Kimbro and wife, Dottie of Electra; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Buchanan; and her step-father, Keith McDaniel.
