He was preceded in death by his grandparents: JL Whitten and Vearl Whitten; his parents: Bobby Ray Brasher and Patsy Moore; and his sister: Kathy Ann Brasher.
He is survived by his brother: Marty Ray Brasher; his sister: Penny Moore Russ (David); his nieces: Chandal Phillips and Celena Russ; his nephews: Chadwyn Russ and Taylor Parker (Alex); and his great nephews: Whitten Benton and Gabriel Parker.
In lieu of flowers make donations to Shelby County Humane Society.
