Obituary for Bobby Louis Daniels
Bobby Louis Daniels, age 53, of Collinwood, Tennessee, passed away on July 11, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center. He was born on February 19, 1972, to the late Clay Louis Daniels and the late Barbie Sue Young Daniels Martin.
Bobby had a great personality, full of laughter, love, and a spark that made everyone feel welcome. He never met a stranger and could light up a room with his presence. A true Alabama Crimson Tide fan, Bobby proudly cheered on his team every season, win or lose. His sense of humor, loyalty, and big heart will be remembered by all who knew him. Some will even smile remembering that unmistakable Daniels temper that came out when he was passionate or fired up.
He is survived by his daughter, Kyra Daniels (boyfriend Paul Balonier) of El Paso, Texas; his son, Talon Daniels (girlfriend Anna Thompson) of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; and his stepfather, James E. Martin of Collinwood, Tennessee. Also surviving are his sisters, Julie Daniels of Collinwood, Tennessee, and Amy Stricklin of Iuka, Mississippi; step-sister, Teresa Wright of Collinwood, Tennessee; nieces, Canadian Lunsford (husband Randy) of Shelbyville, Tennessee, Victoria Rhodes of Collinwood, Tennessee, and Harley Sherron of Adamsville, Tennessee; and nephew, Gunner Pearson of Collinwood, Tennessee. He is also survived by Nicole Daniels, the mother of his children.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his brother, Joey Clay Daniels, his nephew Hunter Lee Sherron, Niece McKenzie Sherron, and his grandparents, Bill and Audrey Young, and Melvin and Magdalene Daniels.
In honor of Bobby's vibrant spirit and love of life, the family kindly requests that guests wear colorful clothing to the service because that's what he would have wanted. Roll Tide
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm service time at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, TN.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, TN with Wayne Wood officiating. Burial will follow in the Young's Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Hanes, Kyle Wood, Gunner Pierson, Terry Bevis, Kenny Gilchrist, and Eric Smith.
