Bobby Edward Malcomb

Funeral Services for Mr. Bobby Edward Malcomb will be held on Thursday July 17, 2025, at 10:00 am in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home in West Monroe, La. with Bro. Larry Linson officiating. A visitation will be held on Wednesday July 16, 2025, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Griffin Funeral Home in West Monroe, La.

Mr. Bobby was born on March 13, 1944, in Nady Arkansas and passed peacefully away on July 11, 2025, in West Monroe, La. at the age of 81.

He is preceded in death by his parents Earl Malcomb and Lorene Malcomb Campbell, His first wife Laverne Barham Malcomb, brothers Frank Malcomb, Everett Malcomb, and Danny Malcomb, brother-in-law Doug Crockett.

Mr. Bobby leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife Mrs. Janet Stansell Malcomb, his son Paul Malcomb and his granddaughter Mary Katherine Malcomb, along with his sibling's sister Bonnie Crockett, brother Larry Malcomb, sister-in-law Peggy Malcomb, Brother-in-law Mike Stansell and wife Marsha, Phil Stansell and wife Diana, along with a host of nieces, nephews and special friends Connie Roberts and T Wine and many more friends.

Bobby was a graduate of Grayson High School class of 1963. He was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church and worked many years drafting in the engineering at Ford, Bacon, and Davis. In his earlier years he was Santa Claus for many children. He loved to build Greenhouses, drawing house plans and creating woodcraft projects was his passion. For many years Mr. Bobby was a member of a bowling league. Later Bobby and Janet had Malcomb's Woodcraft and Treasures in Antique Alley where Bobby worked and loved to see all his friends and customers who came by.

He was a dear friend to all and will be dearly missed.
