Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby Russell, Sr. and Elsie Russell as well as brother Darrell Russell.
He is survived by his partner in life, Robin Clark of the home, seven daughters, Rebecca Russell, Subrina Penn, Ketrina Penn, Charlotte Russell, Hali Dodson, Mariah Clark, and Raven Davis, two sons, Nathan Clark and Bobby Russell, sisters, Lorraine Mann, Gina Yates and Cheri Shields, brothers, James Russell and Paul Russell along with sixteen nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Your attendance is requested for the Celebration of Life in memory of Bobby E. Russell which will be held at 6:00 PM Friday, July 28, 2023 at 601 Broadway St. in Van Buren, Arkansas.
