Bonnie was born in Phillipsburg, NJ on January 10, 1945 to the late Edward Roberts and Martha B. Smith Deacon.
Bonnie was a Housekeeper with Genesis Healthcare and with the former Orr's/Bon-ton at the Hillcrest Shopping Center in Phillipsburg. For leisure, she was an avid reader and enjoyed word puzzles. Bonnie was a long time member of Blessed Hope Church of the Nazarene in Phillipsburg.
Bonnie is survived by Son, David Roberts; Daughter, Robin Philhower; grandchildren, Krystle Liskowacki and Jimmy Piperato; great-grandchildren, Jenna Lynn Au, Alexis Nicole Au, Michael Hunter Liskowacki, and Nathan William Liskowacki; Brother, James Deacon; Two Sisters, Diane Deacon and Georgeann Steinmetz. Bonnie was predeceased by her Husband, William Philhower; Son, William Mark Philhower; and Step-Father, James Deacon.
A Memorial Service for Bonnie will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 10:00am at Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
