Bora Wong, beloved wife, mother, physician, and follower of Christ, died peacefully on September 10, 2025. She went to be with the Lord after a five and a half year battle with metastatic colon cancer at the age of 56.

Born in Seoul, Korea, on February 15, 1969, Bora was the youngest of three siblings. At seven years old, she immigrated with her family to the United States, where she grew up and pursued her lifelong calling to care for others. She graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin and went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at Olive View–UCLA Medical Center. In 1998, she began her career serving the Ventura County community, driven by Christ's love.

Beyond her profession, Bora's greatest joy was her faith and her family. She loved playing tennis, but her deepest passion was her love for Jesus and her desire to draw others closer to Him.

Bora is survived by her beloved husband, Cal, her three daughters, Sophia, Cecelia, and Lucia, and her faithful dog, Cleo. She is now embraced in the loving arms of her Savior and rejoicing gloriously in heaven.
