Boyce Trahern Obituary
Boyce E. Trahern, 83, of Bowie passed away peacefully Saturday, October 19, 2024 in Weatherford, Texas.
A memorial service will take place at 2pm on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at White Family Funeral Home.
Boyce was born on April 17, 1941 in Ulysses, Kansas to Raymond and Frances Trahern. He worked as a machinist for Weatherford Fish and Tool for 14 years, Bowie Industries for 25 years, and Beavers Construction. Boyce had a deep love for car racing, fishing, old western movies, and competing in BBQ cookoffs.
Boyce is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister, and his son Gentry.
He is survived by his wife Linda Trahern of Bowie, TX. His sister, Shirley Trimpa of Satanta, KS. Children Flint Trahern of Bowie, TX, Troy Trahern and wife Sharon of Sunray, TX, Chris Bradford and wife Trish of Bridgeport, TX, Penny Jacobson and husband Scott of Gillette, WY, and Julie Bradford of Bowie, TX. 12 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren with 2 on the way, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home.
