I'm so sorry for your loss. Brad was my mentor at Chinburg Builders for many years, and he played a pivotal role in shaping my career-teaching me how to frame and how to lead as a site supervisor. I carry his lessons with me every day and pass them on whenever I can. Brad was always kind, patient, and understanding. His impact lives on through the knowledge he shared and the example he set. He will be deeply missed, and I´ll continue honoring him by sharing what he taught me.
