Bradlee Barfield Hammack, age 49, passed away on July 10, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and generosity. Born on November 21, 1975, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Sally and Will Hammack, Brad's life was marked by deep relationships, a passion for adventure, and an unwavering willingness to help others.

In 1983, Brad moved to Española, New Mexico, and later settled in Tucson, Arizona, where he graduated from the University of Arizona in 1999 with a degree in Economics. While there, he was a proud member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and made friendships that lasted a lifetime.

Brad went on to build a successful career in account and sales management, living in various places including San Francisco, California, and Tulsa, Oklahoma. No matter where he lived, Brad made connections with people effortlessly-he never met a stranger. His vibrant personality, dry humor, quick wit, and kind heart left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Brad was a devoted husband, beloved brother, cherished son, and loyal friend. He is remembered for his big heart, generous nature, and love of life. Whether he was cooking for loved ones, traveling to new places, or enjoying basketball games-especially cheering on the Arizona Wildcats and the Golden State Warriors-Brad embraced life with joy and curiosity. He loved museums, culture, and meaningful experiences that expanded his world and those around him.

He was fondly remembered for his playful sense of humor, including his famous phrase, "bring a mop."

He is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Sally Culwell; stepfather, Don Culwell; father, Will Hammack; and aunt, Barbara Hammack.

Bradlee is survived by his loving spouse, Ngosa Chama; his seven sisters: Christin Preston (CO), Anne Schmadl (WI), Sherri Ford (TN), Lourri Hammack (OR), Cindi Bennett (GA), April Culwell (WA), and Amber Culwell (NH); his aunt, Susan Veltman (OK); nieces Elle Goff (NH),Emmi Ferrera (NH); cousins Melissa Buerge (CO) and Zach Dillingham (WA); numerous extended family in California, Texas, and Louisiana; and a wide circle of dear friends across the country who will miss him deeply.

Bradlee's life was a testament to kindness, loyalty, intelligence, and unshakable optimism. His memory will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a youth basketball program of your choice, in honor of Bradlee's lifelong love of the game and commitment to supporting young athletes.
