Bradley Andrew Quester, 44, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. He was a devoted father to his children, Hailey Grace, 10, and Hayden Bradley, 9, cherished son to his parents Dave and Terri Quester, loving brother to his siblings Brian (Coryn), Brandon (Kelsey) and Rachel, and beloved uncle to Avalyn, Ashton, Everly, Ellie and Naya.
Bradley was born and raised in Ohio, and as a child spent four years living in Melbourne, Australia with his family. He graduated from Medina High School in 1998 before earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Ohio State University in 2002. A successful business career in the energy sector followed, taking him from Columbus to Baltimore to Pittsburgh to Houston, eventually returning to his home state of Ohio to be closer to family.
Determination and drive were defining characteristics of Bradley's personal and professional life. Whether he was remodeling a bathroom or building, from scratch, an (over the top) entertainment space in his basement, Bradley took pride in his work. It showed. And it fueled his entrepreneurial mindset, leading him to build two successful energy companies before creating ICONIQ Energy Advisors, where he served as its Chief Executive Officer.
Inside and out of work, Bradley was known for his witty sense of humor, infectious smile and engaging personality. He was meticulous about his hair, too, though he was also lovingly jeered by his family and friends for spending so much time getting ready. Alas, he also had style, and always wore the latest technology or showed off one of his newest finds, like his foldable "readers." He loved to spend time in the gym and on the golf course, travel, and play ping pong with his kids. He never missed a chance to cheer on his Buckeyes.
Bradley also cared deeply about his family. From repeat trips to Hilton Head with hours of cornhole on the beach, to weddings filled with dancing and laughter, and precious Christmas mornings spent together, the Questers have always been defined by their closeness as a family.
More than anything, though, Bradley adored his children. He took immense pride in their accomplishments and cherished his time with them. His eyes lit up any time he talked about Hailey and Hayden. He simply loved being their dad.
We will miss-among so many other things that made Brad who he was-his humor, his charm and his smile. Bradley, we love you endlessly.
A visitation for Bradley will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Busch Funeral Home,
163 Avon-Belden Rd., Avon Lake, Ohio 44012 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. There will be a prayer service and eulogy from 7:00 pm until 7:30 pm.
