GRANBURY-Brandon Larson Guice passed away Monday, January 24, 2022 at the age of 37.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Brandon will be laid to rest at 2 p.m. Friday, February 11, 2022 at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Brandon was born Wednesday, October 17, 1984 in Waco, Texas to Robert M. Guice Jr. and Cynthia Holmgren Guice. He was in the US Coast Guard from 2002-2005. He attended the Coast Guard Rescue Swimmer School. He loved outdoors, fishing, playing soccer, hunting and riding motorcycles and 4 wheelers with his brother and cousins. He also loved playing guitar and music. He was a singer/songwriter and studied the Bible and praise and worship music. We are comforted in knowing that Brandon loved Jesus Christ and are very grateful for the mercy and grace of our Lord. Hebrews 4:16 "Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need."
Brandon is preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert M. Guice Sr.; and grandmother, Jane Holmgren.
SURVIVORS: Father, Robert M. Guice Jr. and wife, Penny; mother, Cynthia H. Jewell and husband, Thomas; brother, Parker Nicholson Guice and wife, Niccole; sister, Ivy Guice Arthur and husband, Zach; grandfather, Gary Holmgren; grandmother, Lorraine Holley Guice; son, Korbin Hunt and wife, Kaitlyn; and numerous friends.
