Brandon Chance Plunkett

Brandon Chance Plunkett, 39, of Ringgold, Louisiana, passed away on August 15, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Lilliana Ferreira, who was the love of his life, and his children: Anthony, Lola, and Layla Mae. He is also survived by his father, Steven Plunkett (Karen) and his brothers, James Plunkett (Denise) and Steven Plunkett, and many nieces and nephews, including Amber Poche, whom he considered a sister. His mother, Audrey Mae Plunkett, predeceased him.

Brandon honorably served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years as a hull maintenance technician and worked as a highly skilled welder for nearly 20 years.

Brandon's greatest joy was his family, whom he loved fiercely. He was an exceptional husband, father, son, brother, dog dad, friend, colleague, neighbor, and person. He loved his dogs, cowboy boots, country music, fishing, and spending time on Plunkett Hill with his family and friends. Everyone was drawn to his playful spirit and zest for adventure.

Brandon exuded warmth and kindness, and his generosity and infectious laughter will forever be cherished by those fortunate enough to have known him. To know Brandon was to love him.

May he rest in eternal peace.
