In Loving Memory of Brandon Keith Ritter of Conroe, Texas who passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at the age of 49. He was born on September 28, 1975 in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Brandon was a devoted son, father, husband, and friend whose leadership and gentle, understanding demeanor touched everyone lucky enough to know him. He will be deeply missed. He expressed his love through acts of service, always working hard to provide for those he cared about. His actions spoke louder than words, leaving no doubt about the depth of his love. Brandon was someone you could always count on-loyal, steadfast, and fiercely devoted to his family, friends, work, and his beloved Redskins football team.
He instilled strong values in his children, setting an example of how to strive for greatness and truly live life to the fullest.
Everyone who knew Brandon will remember his booming voice, unforgettable sense of humor, and larger-than-life personality. But more than anything, Brandon will be remembered for the immense love he had for his daughters-his best friend Harper, just 5 years old, and his sweet "Peanut," London, now 16. He loved them to the moon and back, and it showed in everything he did.
He was also the older brother to Stephen, with a seven-year age gap that only deepened their bond. As a teenager, Stephen looked up to Brandon-not just as a big brother, but as a role model and a partner in countless adventures.
One of their greatest joys was spending time at the beach in Ocean City, Maryland. From morning until dinnertime, they stayed in the water, laughing, swimming, and soaking up the sun. That love for the ocean never faded.
As an adult and devoted father, Brandon looked forward to his annual Maryland vacations. A week by the sea meant everything to him: diving into the ocean, relaxing in the pool, playing arcade games, grabbing ice cream from Dumsers, and devouring as many steamed crabs as he could.
But nothing was more heartwarming than watching Brandon share those experiences with Harper and London-passing down the joy and magic of the beach life he had treasured since childhood.
Brandon also had a special place in his heart for his two nephews and his niece, who adored his goofy and playful spirit. His niece would come running anytime she heard his voice on the phone, eager to talk to him. She especially loved their FaceTime calls-showing off her temporary tattoos, knowing Brandon had real ones of his own. Their bond was filled with laughter, love, and light-just like Brandon himself.
We all miss him deeply and will always love him. Always. His memory will live on forever in our hearts.
