Brenda Winchester Caudill, age 80, of Oil Springs, Kentucky, passed away Sunday at her residence.
Brenda was born October 23, 1944, in Co- Op, Kentucky, daughter of the late Wilburn Winchester and Maudie Winchester. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Caudill, three sisters: Shirley Ann Walters, Barbara Sue Wingate, Patsy Jones, and one brother: Sonny Winchester.
Brenda is survived by two sons: Randy (Lisa) Caudill of Oil Springs, Wayne (Gay) Caudill of Oil Springs, one daughter: Debbie (Wetzel) Taylor of Salyersville, ten grandchildren: Patrick, Natalie, Megan, Paige, Michael, Evan, Keshia, Chelsea, Stephanie, Miranda, fourteen great-grandchildren: Grant, Easton, Emmalyn, Boston, Cali Mae, Julie, Jaxson, Bentley, Taylynn, Celina, Shelby, Kyleigh, Ava, Waylon, one great-great-granddaughter: Evelyn, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, in the Jones-Preston Chapel. Burial to follow at the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2 P.M. until 8 P.M., and from 11 A.M. until the time of services on Wednesday.
