Brenda was born December 12, 1940 at Clarksburg to the late Lorraine Costilow Jones and late Bernard Franklin Felton.
Brenda was a member of the Pine Grove Church of the Brethren and was a retired Teacher's Aide with Pocahontas County Schools.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Parker Williams and sister Diane Elaine Liptak.
Surviving include her sons, Barry Charles Williams of Ronceverte and Timothy David Williams and wife Debra of Midland, NC; grandchildren, Tori Lynn Williams, Kaylee Noel Hudson, Hunter Felton Williams and Logan David Williams; special nieces and nephews; Lisa Liptak Kane of Arbovale, Beth Liptak Daly of Atlanta GA, David Liptak of Dayton, OH and Michael Liptak of Goochland, VA
A Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Pine Grove Brethren with Pastor Julian Rittenhouse officiating.
