Brenda Propst Obituary
Brenda is survived by her two siblings, Debra (Charlie) Moody and Kevin (Dawn) Propst; her Aunt Debbi (Randy) Davis; her nephew Justin (Jessica) Propst; her nieces Stefanie (Tim) Moore, Cassandra (Chris) Spakes, her cousin Brittani (Richard) Davis, and nine great-nieces and nephews- Lorali, Morgan, Ava, Evan, Brenden, Cody, Charlotte, Kensli, and Kohen.
Brenda dedicated her life to helping others. She served Brevard County Public Schools for 28 years as a Special Education Aide, where she formed strong bonds with the students, she affectionately called her "warriors". In addition, she worked for the Brevard County Fire Rescue as a 911 dispatcher for 35 years, answering tens of thousands of calls and saving countless lives through her calm voice and quick action. She then ended her dispatching career in 2025 with the Brevard County Sheriff's Office.
Her lifelong commitment to service reflected her deep love for her community. Brenda also played a key role in organizing her high school reunions and maintaining friendships throughout the years. Known for her reliability, compassion, and humor, Brenda was always someone you could call for help or a good laugh. Above all, her greatest joy was her family.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Park Avenue Baptist Church 2600 S. Park Ave. Titusville, FL 32780. Family and friends are invited to meet and greet from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., with a service beginning at 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life
will follow at the American Legion Post 1 1281 US 1 Titusville, FL 32796.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ada Michelle House, 2241 Country Club Drive, Titusville, FL 32780.
Brenda will be remembered for her generous heart, steady courage, and enduring love.
