Brenna Yvonne Snodgrass

22nd September 2006 – 13th November 2025 age 19 years.

Brenna Yvonne Snodgrass, of Forsyth County, Georgia, passed away on November 13th at her residence in Gainesville, Georgia.

Brenna entered the world on the 22nd of September 2006 in Providence, Rhode Island. She was born the youngest child of loving parents David Snodgrass and Hazel McIntyre Snodgrass. Brenna was christened in 2013 by Rev. Ruth Griffiths at Toward Church in Argyll, Scotland. In 2025, she graduated with the AP Scholar Honor from East Forsyth High School, proudly bearing acceptance to the University of North Georgia.

Brenna cherished life for its adventures. Whether she was playing violin, taking photographs, or learning an entirely new hobby, Brenna took on every challenge with passion and filled every room with joy. She loved to play board games and video games with all her older siblings and enjoyed seeing new movies and musicals with her parents, with "Wicked" among her favorites. You could always catch her journeying through a book or spending time with her cats, often doing both at the same time.

Brenna has been preceded in death by her Grandmother Edna McIntyre, Grandfather George Snodgrass, and Uncles Andrew McIntyre, Mike Lewis, and Jeff Gilchrist. Brenna is survived by her parents David and Hazel Snodgrass, her siblings Tristan, Lauren, Daniel (Naomi) and Nathan, Grandfather Johnnie McIntyre of Innellan, Scotland, Grandmother Theresa Snodgrass of Thomaston, Ga, and Aunts Karen (Andrew) Rooney of Dunoon, Scotland, Sheriann Tilley (Mitch) of Culloden, Ga, Amy Lewis of Morgantown, W.VA, Michelle Gilchrist of Morgantown W.VA., cousins, and other extended family.

The funeral service will be held at McDonald & Son Funeral Home on the 1st of December starting at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. A memorial reception will be held at the McDonald & Son Funeral Home following the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brenna's name to the Forsyth County Humane Society.

Brenna will always be remembered for her quick wit, hard work, and her kind, caring and loving nature. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
