Brent Anthony Burdo

Age 55, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025, at home surrounded by his family. Brent was born in Lansing on August 7, 1969, the son of Anthony and Amalia Burdo. He grew up in Mason and graduated from Mason High School. Brent served his country for 9 years with the U. S. Navy as a SeaBee. The past 36 years was devoted to working in the HVAC industry and currently worked for II Stanley in Battle Creek as a facilities manager for the last 10 years. He was very dedicated to his job and very meticulous and took great pride in all he did. Above all else, Brent loved his family. He loved to travel with his wife, Shelli and his favorite place was San Antonio with "his people". He also loved to just stay home, spend quality time with family and watch old movies.

Brent was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Burdo. Surviving are his loving wife and high school sweetheart of 36 years, Shelli Burdo; 3 children, Brigitte (Dustin) Zimmerman, Amalia Burdo and Anthony Thomas Burdo, III; mother, Amalia (Molly) Burdo Almazan; 5 grandchildren, Braxton, Madison, Jayson, Bryson, and Riley; special best friends, Mark and Jamie Traver.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 12:00 noon, at the Palmer, Bush and Jensen Family Funeral Homes, Delta Chapel with Deacon Dave Borzenski officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. A luncheon will immediately follow the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice or the Burdo family in memory of Brent. Envelopes will be available at the Funeral Home.
