A Celebration of Brent's life will be held at 1PM, Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at O'Guinn Family Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday from 10AM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sarah's name, for the benefit of the family.
Brent was born on October 6, 1983, in Flint, Michigan, Brent was a beloved son, husband, dad, and friend whose bright spirit and kind heart touched the lives of all who knew him. Brent was a proud graduate of Mt. Morris High School, finishing his education in the class of 2001. He continued his educational journey at Mott Community College and then pursued his passion for driving by completing Truck Driving School. He was dedicated to his work as a truck driver for Carter Lumber, where he made a lasting impact on those who knew him. Brent married his soulmate, Sarah Whitehead, on September 30, 2017. Their love story unfolded over 15 beautiful years. Some would call it fate, Brent walked into Keith and Celia's home with their son and left with their daughter. Together, they created a loving home and a warm family atmosphere-Brent's proudest achievement was becoming a dad, a role he cherished above all.
Brent was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and an active member of the NRA, reflecting his love for the outdoors. He was passionate about hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping, often venturing into nature with his loyal canine companion, Sully, by his side. Known for his adventurous spirit, Brent loved cruising down dirt roads with 90s country music blasting and was always up for a good time, occasionally finding himself in humorous predicaments on ATV's. More than anything, Brent was known for his big heart. He was a source of kindness and support for anyone in need, always ready to lend a helping hand. His warmth and generosity touched the lives of many, and he will be deeply missed.
