Joyce Schuch Obituary
Joyce was born March 23, 1950, in Ann Arbor, Michigan to the late Jerry and Helen (Ivan) Korican. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1968 and went on to marry her loving husband, Jon Schuch, on September 2, 1971, in Tecumseh, Michigan. Joyce dedicated herself to her family and to her work, spending a decade as a cashier at Conlee Oil Travel Center. Her loving spirit extended far beyond her job; she had a passion for crocheting beautiful blankets for her family, taking care of her garden, and enjoying the great outdoors. Joyce found happiness in camping trips, fishing, especially ice fishing-and cherished moments with her grandchildren. People always took notice of Joyce's spider tattoos, which she enjoyed. Her heart was filled with love for her family, and she embraced every project with enthusiasm and creativity, never shying away from a challenge. Joyce had a unique spirit that drew people in and an adventurous side that was reflected in her favorite show, "Naked and Afraid."
Surviving are: Children: Sandi (Jeff) Munson, Marilyn ( Bill) Gray, Jon (Barb) Schuch, Bill (Julie) Schuch and Bob (Sherry) Schuch; Grandchildren: Alicen Munson, Ryder Munson, Candy (Jeremy) Diaz, Kasha (Scott) Faulkner, Angel Gray (Charlie), Cassy (Ryan) Hobbs, Jon Schuch, Daniel Schuch, Zach Schuch (Mattie), Mackenzie Schuch, Robert Schuch and William Schuch; She was blessed with many great grandchildren; Brother, James (Karen) Korican. She is preceded in passing by her husband, Jon Schuch and parents.
