Brian A. Brezinski, age 44, of Joliet, Illinois, passed away on December 21, 2025. He will be remembered for his kind heart, strong work ethic, sense of humor, and his deep love for his family and friends. He graduated from Lincoln-Way Central High School, New Lenox, IL in 1999. He was a Journeyman for Local 130 Plumbers Union. He enjoyed fishing with his nephews, watching football games and being with friends and family.
He is survived by his loving mother Carol Hall; beloved sisters Carrie (Jimmy) Livsey and Kristi Brezinski; cherished nephews Luke and Blake Livsey; love of his life Britany Stevens; fond uncles and aunts, Bob (Helene) Brezinski, Susan Christensen and Mickey Pasko and dear cousin Kevin (Brittany) Christensen.
Brian was preceded in death by his loving father Alan "Skip" Brezinski; his beloved maternal grandparents Harold & Doris Christensen; his beloved paternal grandparents William & Florence Brzezinski; fond aunt and uncles, Kay (Bob) Sumerwell and Kurt Christensen and dear cousin Erik Christensen.
Brian’s Celebration of Life was held on Sunday, February 1, 2026 at the Harry E. Anderson VFW Post 9545 at 323 Old Hickory Road, New Lenox, Illinois 60451. The family asks for guests to dress casual or in your favorite Chicago Bears gear. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity in Brian's name. The family asks for thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
