It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Keith Casas, 51, of Bryon, Georgia, who died on December 18, 2024. Born on November 30, 1973, in Macon, Brian was a beloved husband, son, brother, father and grandfather, whose warm heart and lively spirit touched everyone who knew him.
Brian dedicated much of his life to his work as a truck driver, first with Hogan Trucking and most recently with Poly Vinyl Creations. His strong work ethic and dedication to his craft were evident throughout his career.
Outside of work, Brian was a man of passions. He had an unshakable love for muscle cars, with a particular fondness for Mustangs, and could often be found admiring their power and design. Music was another great love of his, and he could always be counted on to play his favorite tunes full blast, sharing his enthusiasm with those around him.
But above all, Brian cherished spending time with his family. His greatest joy came from being with those he loved, especially his granddaughter.
Brian is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Diana “Dee” Casas of Byron, Georgia; sons, Alex Keegan Casas (Jena Lea) of Alpharetta, Georgia and Kameron Lee Casas of Byron, Georgia; mother, Rhonda Elaine Yaughn of Byron, Georgia; brother, Steven Duane Casas of Byron, Georgia; granddaughter, Allison Faye Casas; father, David Raymond Casas (Joyce) of Perry, Georgia; niece, Jenna Casas; and step-siblings, Brooke Barnes of Perry, Georgia and Branden Boeck of Perry, Georgia.
The family will greet friends during a visitation on Monday, December 23, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation, in the chapel. Afterward, Brian will be laid to rest privately.
