Brian was born April 26, 1985 in Deer River to Frederick & Cynthia (Emerson) Dowling. Brian worked as a Wildland Firefighter with the DNR for some years and most recently has worked as a supervisor at Federal Premium Ammunition. He loved his kiddo and he loved his family. Brian never stopped being a Wildcat.
He is survived by his daughter, Lily (Myles) Dowling, mother, Cynthia Emerson, father, Frederick Dowling, siblings, Deborah Dowling, Patricia Gebhart, Frederick Dowling Jr, Daniel Dowling, Alan Dowling, Mary Dudley, Dale Dowling.
