Brian Charles Jones Hughes, 50 left his earthly home and went to be with Jesus on July 6, 2022. Brian, also known as Charlie to family and friends, was born August 2, 1971 to Carol Ann Hughes Jones.
After high school he joined the United States Navy. After serving his time on the Navy he became a Registered Nurse (RN) in San Diego, CA where he worked for more than 20 years. He then moved to Walla Walla, WA and continued his career as a RN.
Charlie was an avid outdoors man. He loved fishing, especially deep sea excursions, deer hunting with his Papaw Hughes and his cousins Matthew and Rob.
Brian Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents Brian and Sue Emma Hughes and special cousin Matthew Dishman.
Survivors include his son Daemon, his former wife Amy Clarke, his mother Carol Ann and sister Dawn Chlipala and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services will be Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home with Bro. Corey Rash officiating. Visitation will be Saturday 12:00 PM till service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Brian Charles Hughes Jones Memorial Fund, c/o Vanover Funeral Home, P O Box 380, Clay, KY 42404.
