It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Keith Martin, 62, who left us peacefully on January 24, 2025, after a prolonged illness.
Brian was born on July 28, 1962, in Gallion, Ohio, to William (Bill) and Betty Lou Martin. Brian was a lifelong Grandview Heights resident, class of 1982.
Brian is survived by his partner of 40 years Virginia Clark and his son Brandon Martin, his sisters Kim (Jim) Elie, Gail Henderson, brother Ray (Carla) Martin, special aunt Gaggi, and several nieces and nephews who will cherish the memories they shared.
Brian was preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law Marie Clark, sister Debbie Winkleman, and special aunt Suzanne Behnen.
Brian will be especially missed by his lifelong friends Steve Tweed, Monty Curry, Tracy Kette, Michael Browning, Jon Coleman and Rod Kemmerling.
Brian loved to cook for his family. Brian was a talented craftsman and enjoyed growing tomato gardens. He also enjoyed loud music, beer signs and his canine companions throughout the years.
We will always carry his memories in our hearts.
