Obituary of Brian Edward Oldham
Brian Edward Oldham, age 57, a longtime resident of the Phoenix area,
passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024. He moved to Phoenix in 1976
and attended Bourgade Catholic High School where he played football and
enjoyed wrestling, times he cherished. Throughout life he enjoyed a good
game of golf with his dad and brothers. Brian was a loving father and
grandfather, always putting them before himself. He had a love for
Rottweilers (Tonka, Belle and Piddles). He was unmatched in his
selflessness and never hesitated to help others.
He joined the US Air Force after graduation from high school and spent the
next 20 years as a Survival Instructor. Brian traveled to every part of the
world instructing US military and foreign allies on survival skills and
techniques. Brian served in combat in Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan
specializing in personnel recovery and special operations.
Brian retired from the military in 2005 and moved his family from England
to Peoria, Arizona. He worked for R&G Medical Legal Solutions from 2006
to 2015. He purchased this business from his mother, the founder of R&G,
in 2015 to present. He was a successful CEO of this veteran and family-
owned company providing litigation support for many pharmaceutical
companies, corporations, and hospitals nationwide.
Brian was born to Anthony and Rosie Oldham on October 19, 1966. He
passed away unexpectedly with his family and friends at his side. He is
survived by his parents, Anthony "Tony" and Rosie Knight Oldham, as
well as his brothers (Kevin Oldham-deceased), $teven and Kenneth
Oldham. Brian has five children and five grandchildren. Anthony Cole
Oldham, Alexys Young (Mother-Kim Davenport), Jacob Lancaster, Grace
Lancaster and Molly Lancaster, (Mother-Fiona Lancaster-
Oldham). Grandchildren: Jude Young, Dove Young, Brealynn Lancaster,
Alyssa Lancaster and William Lancaster. The honorary pallbearers for a
closed family service were: Ken Oldham, Steve Oldham, Dustin Oldham,
Valorie Ortega, Dennis Ortega, Cole Davenport, Michael Henley and David Walker.
Moment of Silence
The Moment of Silence honors those who give the gift of life
while remembering their families. It is our Hope that reflecting
on one very generous life will lead to deeper reflection and even
greater generosity, ultimately transforming us and our
world. This moment serves to remind all of us on the care and
recovery teams of our role in passing on the heroic gift of life
from one human being to another.
We now take a moment together as we face our shared efforts
and mutual hope of saving lives and healing others. We extend
respect to the donor, the donor's family, the recipients and their
families. We gather to honor Brian Oldham and the gift of life to
be shared.
The family of Brian Oldham offered these thoughts by which we
understand who shared the gift of life today and the meaning of
donation for this family.

Lyn Willers

August 16, 2024

I worked at the Fairchild survival school as a civilian. I enjoyed my relationship with Brian. When Brian was transferred to England my daughter took "his girl" Tonka who was the mother to my daughter's pup Meka. I am so sorry to lose Brian at such a young age but we will always remember him fondly. Rest in peace
