Brian was born in St. Louis Missouri to Louis and Earlean Parsel, on May 31, 1950.
Brian worked all his life in the construction industry. He took much pride in his work. Brian worked hard and played hard. He enjoyed his happy hour time with numerous friends. He cherished his time spent with his daughters, grandchildren, friends and family. Brian loved to travel and meet new friends.
Brian is survived by his daughters Suzanne (Jimmy) Shultz, Melonie (Steve)Pacheco, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, Sister Sherry (Jerry) Benton, brother Keith Parsel, nieces, nephews and Numerous friends.
He is proceeded in death by his parents Louis and Earlean. Brother Emmett, nephew Jason, and sister-in-law Cindy
