I really enjoyed working with your Mom when I was with Aenta. Courtney, your Mom loved you very, very much. It can be seen every day I knew her. She will be sadly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Ted Williams

Your Mom was so welcoming when we moved to the Regency Terrace after Hurricane Katrina. She was very proud of you and I remember seeing her in the lobby last year...dressed so beautifully...she was waiting for Tom's mom to take her to your wedding! She was so excited and, like everyone has mentioned - wearing that beautiful smile we will always remember. Ellen & Bob Turner

Courtney,
Betsy was a shining candle at Regency Terrace. The special love and admiration between you and your mother is a memory I will cherish.

The memorial service was very befitting.

Courtney - It was good to see you again today. (I can't believe you remember the tooth brushing saga - I never told you about the Easter Bunny saga) The slideshow was very well done. Glenn Torrence told me on the phone yesterday to convey his sympathies - his health is not good at this time and he was unable to attend. I'm sorry about your Mom and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Betsy was one of the most wonderful woman I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Courtney and I were childhood friends. I got to know her and about her life as an adult. She shared stories and rememberances of her mother and father with me as we would talk sometimes on her balcony. She loved Wendy's and Mexican and was always ready to go to lunch at either place. She enjoyed herself and was very true to herself.

Betsy was a great manager and person that I will always remember. She loved her daughter and it showed in her talking about her. She loved Phoenix, AZ. I talked to her when I was visiting Phoenix and she was so happy, but, she had a daughter that wanted her close so she could make sure she was in good hands. Courtney, you are in my prayers. I remember Betsy best coming home from work and looking for a Diet Coke in the kitchen but they were all gone because Courtney and I already found them so she would go to the basement and get one from the cases that were there. I also remember when she picked my jersey number at the ball park. She very much enjoyed watching everyone play ball at the park. She loved to go on soccer trips when she could. She was very giving of herself!! Love her Love her!!!

Courtney, You are in my thoughts and prayers. I am glad I had the chance to meet your Mom and talk to her at your wedding. She was a very sweet lady with a very nice daughter. You take care and let me know if there is anything I can do down here on Perdido Key/Orange Beach.
