Mr. Jerry Brian Whittaker, age 54, of Vandalia, Ohio passed away Monday, September 1, 2025 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton Ohio. A Visitation will be held at Clark Funeral Home from 11:00 am till 12:30 pm on Friday, September 12, 2025 with the funeral service beginning at 12:30 with Rev. James Alexander and Rev. Clay Holmes officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Cemetery in Unadilla, Ga.
Mr. Whittaker was a native of Cordele Ga. but lived all of his life in Hawkinsville and a member Trinity Baptist Church. He was a security guard working for Securitas at Frito Lay. He loved cattle and farm equipment, fishing and the outdoors and loved his grandbabies. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Gerald Whittaker and grandparents George and Louise Whittaker and Thomas and Betty Salter.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Betty Taylor (Larry); daughter, Mckyah Whittaker; brothers, Johnny Whittaker (Christy), Dane Taylor (Rachel) and J.R. Edwards; sisters Tammie Clemons (Ray) and Mandy Fessenhazion (David); two grandchildren, Willow Whittaker and Rowan Whittaker; special friend, step- father, Stuart Mullis.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
