Brian "Pete" Christopher Wright was born March 28, 1978, to the late Herbert Morgan and Minnie Wright. Brian was a graduate of Mary Persons High School and continued to live in Forsyth, Georgia until his death on February 26, 2024.
Brian, affectionately known as Pete, had a great love for his family and friends. Pete was not the most talkative and kept to himself but when family was around, he would slowly make his way out of his room and join the fun. His affection was not shouted from the rooftops but shown in the quiet ways he interacted with those closest to him, particularly through the cherished moments he spent with his nieces and nephews. Anyone who ever visited his Facebook page got a glimpse of the joy they brought into his life with each photograph he posted.
He treasured his relationship with his mother. Daily rituals, like their shared lunches from Ingles, were sacred, a small but significant reminder of the unbreakable connection between them. These simple moments were the foundation of Pete's world, a world where family was everything.
Find a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life. Not many of us are fortunate enough to be able to find this but Pete was. His greatest passion, outside of his family, was cars and for over thirteen years, he dedicated himself to Mid Georgia Service Center & Auto, where he was not just an employee but a cherished member of a larger family. His commitment to his work and the people he served was unwavering, illustrated by moments of kindness that went beyond the call of duty-like the time he was returning a customer's car to their residence and spotted an ambulance in the yard. Pete would not just leave the car, he called his manager and said he could not come right back because someone needed to be with the customer, and he would not leave them alone.
Outside of the garage, Pete found freedom on the open road, riding his motorcycle. This was not just a hobby but a form of expression, a way to connect with a world that moved at the same relentless pace as his beloved machines. His rides with Randy, his best friend and co-worker, were more than mere excursions; they were moments that spoke of loyalty, camaraderie, and the pure thrill of the ride.
Pete's love for fishing was another facet of his character, a peaceful counterbalance to the roar of engines. It was in the stillness of nature that Pete found a different kind of connection, one that tied him to the earth and its rhythms.
Pete's life is not only defined in the things he did but also in the love he shared, the quiet moments of connection that shaped those around him. In his love for motorcycles, the joy of fishing, and the unwavering dedication to his family and friends, Pete's life is a reminder of the beauty of a life well-lived, marked by the simple, enduring bonds that define us.
Pete was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Morgan. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his mother, Minnie Wright. Brothers: Darren Pryor, DeAnte Jordan both of Macon, GA and Terrance Parks of Forsyth, GA. Sisters: Karena (DeErroll) Bloodser of Forsyth GA, Karmeshia (Darius) Tunstell, Tequila Burnette, Chakela Parks, all of Macon, GA, and Shanudrell Early of California. Aunts: Lorena (Eugene) Mims, Vivian Balkcom, Michelle Harpe all of Macon, GA. A host of nieces and nephews.

Me & Brian dated for a while then separated because we both had responsibilities that kept us apart however we remained close for 14years and he was a outstanding person. He had a quiet nature about him but if you ever got him to open up he was the most kind hearted person...Gentle and loving with a sense of humor...He will always be loved, honored, and remembered...I remember countless times we would spend just going out and doing things together,or just having dinner on the weekends when he came home from work.He stayed with his mother then and she was a sweet person also,I truly see where his kindered spirit came from....We love you Brian or should I say he has always been my Mr.Wright...
