Bridget Denise Edwards

On Wednesday, May 25, 2022, Bridget Denise (Black} Edwards a loving mother, sister and friend passed from this life at the age of 58.. Bridget was born on November 2,1963 in Dallas to Cecil and Glenda Black. She was preceded in death by her mother, Glenda {Luna} Black and her husband Terry Edwards. Bridget attended South Garland High School where she made many lifelong friends. Bridget had many different jobs throughout the years but her favorite was dog sitting for friends. Bridget loved her dogs but most of all she loved her son, Wes. She loved horseback riding, planting a garden and tending to her flowers. Bridget enjoyed her morning coffee overlooking her beautiful flowers. Left to cherish her memory are son, Wes Edwards of Garland, dad, Cecil Black of Garland and sister, Nannette Gooding and husband Will of Rowlett. In addition her nephew Austin Gooding and niece Kris Gooding, plus many wonderful friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 9,2022 at 2:00pm at Charles A Smith and Sons Funeral Home 2925 5th Street, Sachse, TX 75048.
