Brittany Sue Hand

Brittany Sue Hand died suddenly on December 12, 2022. She is now in God's loving and caring arms. He has healed her afflictions and made her new, just as he promises he will do.
Brittany was born on Super Bowl Sunday, January 31, 1993, in Midwest City. She spent the first 6 weeks of her life in the NICU at Children's Hospital with her sister Brooke.
"Brit Brit" as she was affectionately known, was a beloved daughter, mom, sister, granddaughter, Aunt and cousin. She loved her family very much and she will be missed tremendously by all. She leaves behind her mother and father, Wayne and Amber Gorman; her son, Brysin; twin sister, Brooke; grandparents, Kenny and Debbie Heitzman; Aunt Brit Brit to Tyson and cousin to many. We love you so much sister and know that you are in God's hands and he has healed you. We also know this is only temporary and not Good Bye, for we know you are waiting patiently on us.
Brit Brit graduated from Midwest City High School in 2011, where she was a member of the National Honor Society, graduating in the top 15 of her class. She went to school and grew up her entire life with her best friend, her twin sister Brooke. Even though they did have their spats, they were inseparable. They were both All-State softball players who had lots of talent and played college softball together at Bacone College in Muskogee.
Formal visitation will be Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home from 4:00pm - 8:00pm. Burial will be at Kolb Cemetery on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 12:00pm.
