Broc Evans Obituary

Broc was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on November 12, 2007. Though he faced the unique challenges of autism, Broc enjoyed gaming on his computer and playing on his phone.
Though Broc's time with us was far too short, his memory will remain with us always.
He is deeply loved and will be forever missed by his parents, Kristie Cryar and Chris Evans Jr.; his siblings, Brianna Evans (Cody Hendry) and Brandon Evans; his niece, Oakleigh Hendry; his nephews, Cody Hendry Jr. and Ryder Hendry; and his grandmothers, Carolyn Womack and Deborah Evans.
Broc is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Patrick Womack Sr. and Chris Evans Sr.; as well as his great-grandparents, Harry Womack, Julie Womack, Gus Ebey, and Anna Mae Ebey.
Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in Broc's honor on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Don Avenue Baptist Church in Denham Springs, Louisiana.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital of Baton Rouge, St. Jude’s Affiliate Clinic of Baton Rouge and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital of Memphis for the compassionate care and support given to Broc throughout his battle with leukemia. Arrangements have been entrusted to McLin Funeral Home of Walker. Online condolences may be shared at www.mclinfuneralhome.com
